Framework order for the green maintenance of open spaces at electricity systems (e.g. transformer stations), CHPs and waterworks.

The urban area (region 1) of Lübeck is about 520 transformer stations. 4,400 m² of lawns, 5,100 m² of paved areas and 1,000 m² of woody areas are to be maintained.

In the rural supply area (region 2), there are approximately 1,000 transformer stations with approximately 17,000 m² of paved area.

The six waterworks are also spread across the city, such as Kleinensee, Geschendorf and Ivendorf. 36,400 m² of green space/lawn, 20,250 m² of paths and roads, 1,700 m² of wooded areas are to be maintained.

The eleven CHP plants are spread across the city. 6,600 m² of green space/lawn, 2,200 m² of paths and roads, 2,000 m² of wooded areas are to be maintained.
