The present turnkey contract includes complete design, supply, assembly, testing and commissioning of a heat accumulation tank, fully ready for operation, with an effective volume of at least 2,500 m3 including foundation, complete instrumentation and nitrogen system.

The Invitation to Tender is conducted as a Negotiated Procedure with a prior call for tenders, which means that only candidates who are invited to submit tenders may participate in the bidding.

Following the evaluation of the initial tenders, the contracting entity will, if deemed necessary, enter into negotiations with selected tenderers, who will then be asked to submit a final tender.

The contracting entity reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
