As the Bremen State Museum for Art and Cultural History, the Focke Museum is the historical museum of the city of Bremen and comprises 4 historical buildings from the 16th to 19th centuries. Century (Riensberg House, Eichenhof, Tarmstedter Scheune, Mittelbüren House), the modern main building and the foam magazine (Kubus) built in 2002.
As part of the redesign of the Focke Museum, both new and reconstruction work has to be carried out for the main building and the oak yard.
The planning task consists of the following new construction and renovation work:
1) Roofing of the inner courtyards to create a new interior exhibition area, for which the technical equipment is to be manufactured or the existing technical equipment to be expanded accordingly.
2) New construction of a multifunctional and catering area, which is to be built on the existing main building in connection with the foyer and which requires new technical equipment.
3) Reconstruction in the Eichenhof, whose café is to become an intermediary center with a workshop.
The construction costs (KG 200-500) are estimated at around 4.0 million EUR gross, of which around 900,000 EUR are attributable to KG 400.

1. sewage, water and gas plants,
2. heat supply systems,
3. ventilation systems,
4. high-voltage systems,
5. Telecommunications or information technology systems,
7. Usage-specific systems (preparation for later catering),
8. Building automation (automation for ventilation).

optional: cost calculation with setting up quantity structures and specification of the unit prices (special service for LPH 3),
optional: in-depth price check as part of performance phase 6; optional: keeping a construction diary according to RLBau (special service for performance phase 8),
Optional: Monitoring of the removal of defects as evidence on request (special service for LPH 9).
