Carpentry - interior doors

For the project "Conversion and extension of the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze" carpentry work - interior doors are required.

The city of Seelze intends to expand and rebuild the Bertolt Brecht Comprehensive School in Seelze.

An extension is planned as a new building, consisting of a 4-storey building (component A). Renovation work is being carried out in building wings B, C, D and E, as well as in building H, a former kiosk building. The existing sports hall, building part F, will receive an extension (1-field sports hall). Building A is to be built in the first construction phase (1st construction phase), for which part of the existing school building will be demolished in advance. Further construction work is required in components B and H, which are also to be rebuilt as part of the 1st phase.

The planned new building, Building A, consists of a 4-storey structure that includes general classrooms, specialist classrooms as well as a digital learning centre and the cafeteria.

The bill of quantities includes carpentry work, interior doors, components A and B.

1st construction phase, component A incl. conversion of tract B:

Start of work 09 week 2024

End of work 11th week 2025

Start of construction of the entire construction measures: March 2023 Overall completion of the construction measures: expected at the beginning of July 2025.
