The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties in the Marcinowice Commune, where municipal waste is generated and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK)
in Marcinowice, as well as their development. The Contractor will be obliged to accept
and development in the manner and with the frequency specified in the SWZ each quantity of the following types of municipal waste:
- municipal waste mixed (20 03 01),
- municipal waste collected selectively containing fractions of paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (collected at source) (15 01 01 02, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99, 20 02 01.20 01 08),
- other unlisted waste (20 03 99)
- waste deposited in PSZOK

in Marcinowice, as well as their development. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and manage in the manner and frequency specified in the SWZ each quantity of the following types of municipal waste:
- municipal waste mixed (20 03 01),
- municipal waste collected selectively containing fractions of paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging, biodegradable waste, biodegradable kitchen waste (collected at source) (15 01 01 02, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99, 20 02 01.20 01 08),
- other unlisted waste (20 03 99)
as well as the collection and management of any quantity of municipal waste deposited in PSZOK in Marcinowice, covering the following types of municipal waste:
- packaging containing residues of dangerous substances or contaminated with them (e.g. plant protection products of toxicity class I and II - very toxic and toxic) (15 01 10*),
- worn tyres (16 01 03),
- minor renovation waste: concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and renovations, brick rubble, building glass (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 02 02),
- insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (17 06 04),
- discarded chemicals other than those mentioned in 16 05 06, 16 05 07 or 16 05 08 (16 05 09),
- batteries and accumulators other than those mentioned in 20 01 33 (20 01 34),
- waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 (20 01 36),
- bulky waste (20 03 07),
- separately collected municipal waste containing fractions of: paper and waste paper, metals, plastics, glass packaging and multi-material packaging (15 01 01, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39),
- clothing and textiles (20 01 10, 20 01 11),
- waste vegetable matter (02 01 03),
- biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08),
- biodegradable waste (20 02 01).
The tasks of the Contractor will also include:
- equipping the property with containers for municipal waste – in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ,
- purchase and distribution of bags for waste collected in a selective way - in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ,
- drawing up schedules for municipal waste collection and its distribution,
- monitoring the correctness of the declared selective collection of municipal waste by property owners.
The Contractor is responsible for achieving the levels of municipal waste recovery, taking into account the levels of recovery indicated in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530, as amended) and the Minister's Regulation Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
