1. Collection of municipal waste from real estate where residents live and from uninhabited real estate - sector no. IV comprising the municipalities of Hańsk and Stary Brus.
2. Transport of municipal waste from the municipalities including the municipalities of Hańsk and Stary Brus - sector No. IV, to the place of their utilization, ie: municipal installation - ZZO MZC Sp. z o. o., 22-200 Włodawa, ul. Komunalna 22, POLAND, municipal installation designated alternatively by the Employer in the event of a failure of the installation referred to above.

The subject of the order is the service called Collection and transport of municipal waste (2020–2023) from residential and uninhabited real estate located in the municipalities of Hańsk and Stary Brus - sector IV MZC z / s in Włodawa. The service includes:
1. collection of all municipal waste from real estate located in the area gm. belonging to MZC z / s in Włodawa;
2. transport of all municipal waste collected from the municipalities belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa to the place of their disposal indicated by the Employer.
Collection of municipal waste generated on public roads was excluded from the subject of the contract.
Order item will be implemented in the way:
1. ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune (Journal U. 2019, item 2010) and Voivodship Economic Plan Waste, adopted ears. Provincial Assembly No. XXIV / 349/2016 of December 2, 2016 in Adoption of the Gos Plan. Re. for the province. Lub. 2022;
2. in accordance with Resolution No. VII.18.20 of the MZC Assembly in Włodawa of February 5, 2020 on the detailed method and scope of rendering services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste (Journal of Laws Lublin, from 2020, item 1147);
3. in accordance with resolution No. VII.17.20 of the MZC z / s Meeting in Włodawa of February 5, 2020 regarding the adoption of the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities belonging to the MZC z / s in Włodawa in the field of municipal waste management (Journal of Lubelskie Voivodship Office from 2020, item 1146);
4. compliant with other legal provisions (including laws, ordinances, acts of local law) in force in the subject of the contract, in particular regarding the manner of performing the service covered by the contract;
5. guaranteeing that they will not be mixed with other types of waste collected separately at source, broken down into:
a) glass with the codes: 200102 and 150107;
b) paper with codes: 200101 and 150101;
c) metal and plastic with codes: 200139, 150102, 150104, 200140 and 150105;
d) bio-waste with codes: 200201 and 200108;
e) mixed (residual) waste with the code 200301;
f) bulky waste and tires with codes: 200307 and 160103;
g) waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 200135 and 200136;
h) slags and ashes with codes: Ex203099 and 200199.
On the dates specified in the resolution referred to in para. 2.
Transport with multi-chamber vehicles for different waste fractions is allowed, ensuring that they do not mix during unloading. It is forbidden to mix selectively collected communal waste with mixed communal waste collected from property owners and selectively collected municipal waste of various types with each other. In this respect, the Contractor is required to inspect vehicles transporting waste each time on request to authorized employees of the Employer. ZZO to which the waste will be delivered for disposal is also authorized for such verification control.

1. Estimated number of real estate covered by the system in pcs - 1 255.
2. Area of the system covered in ha sec. I: 25 563.
3. Number of inhabitants covered by the system - 2,953 people.
4. Total amount of waste collected in 2019 from real estate covered by the system - 450.07 Mg.
