New construction of a 2-storey daycare centre in Saarbrücken-Klarenthal.

The building consists of two volumes: 1-storey in the north and 2-storey in the south. The buildings are connected by a hall with an access staircase. Solid shell construction with precast concrete elements. Interior fittings with GK walls and suspended GK ceilings. Floor construction with underfloor heating, cement screed and linoleum floor or tiles.

- Stair treads concrete approx. 30 pcs.
