This framework agreement for food products from food shops will cover all procurements/products that are made by minor units in Midt-Telemark Municipality, with the exception of fresh meat/fish (the fresh products counter), flowers, and fresh bread products. (This is because the municipality has separate procurement contracts that cover the procurement of flowers and fresh bread products, and not all food shops have a fresh product counter/equivalent products ready packed).

The procurement is split into 2 main parts:

Nurseries, schools, and other units/departments - where the food products are to be delivered 'on the doorstep'.

Other procurements that are made in the actual shop (no delivery).

Nurseries, schools, and other units/departments - where the food products are to be delivered 'on the doorstep', as well as procurements in shops.

The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend for 1+1 year. Maximum 4 years.
