The Jahnstadion dates back to the beginning of the 1930s and has been expanded in several construction phases. Between 1980-1990, it reached its current size with its 3 sports fields (1 artificial grass, 2 lawn courts) and athletic facilities and is the only district sports facility in the northern part of Göttingen district (Altkreis Osterode). It serves several football clubs, athletics clubs as a training and competition venue, as well as school sports in secondary schools (high school, BBS I, BBS II, secondary school, Wartberg school) as well as primary schools and the Resin Weser plants. The Jahnstadion is in need of renovation or modernization due to its location, age and changed usage requirements. The planned project consists of 3 key components (construction stages):
1st stage of construction (priority 1)
Renovation of the A-square including the surrounding athletics facilities and installation of a floodlight system
Planned pitch size: 7 140 m
2nd stage of construction (priority 2)
Conversion of the B-square into a standard size artificial turf field (without the use of rubber granules). Construction of a floodlight system
Planned pitch size: 5 400 m
3rd stage of construction (priority 3)
Renovation and extension of the prev. Artificial turf pitch at standard size. artificial turf filling no rubber granules
Planned pitch size: 5 400 m
The measures are to be implemented by winter 2023.
The purpose of the contract is the planning services for the following HOAI performance sheet:
— Object planning for outdoor installations (§§ 33 et seq. HOAI), service phases 1 to 9
The client initially only commissions the service phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI and reserves the right to commission the further service phases individually or as a whole. There is no entitlement to further commissioning, nor can other contractual obligations arise for the client. In the event of a call, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if necessary also in stages, individually or as a whole.
