The object of the acquisition is the purchase of electric car charging points for properties managed by Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy (“HASO”, hereinafter also referred to as “Procurement Unit” or “Subscriber”). The acquisition also includes charging point operation and maintenance services related to the installation and commissioning of charging points, measuring electricity consumption and billing.

The acquisition also includes target specific design services (initial mapping) related to electric car charging points. The design service is used to determine what type of charging point solution would be best suited to the Subscriber's use needs. The acquisition also includes the operation and maintenance functionality of charging points, as well as the telecommunications equipment and communication links necessary to implement the functionality.

The contract is concluded with one (1) supplier. The actual contract period is one (1) year. The contract may be extended for a total of three (3) one-year option periods. Redemption of option periods is a matter of the Subscriber's right, not an obligation.

Installation of charging points is carried out on a distributed basis during the contract period. Charging points are acquired if necessary for all Subscriber managed properties.

The order quantities listed in the invitation to tender and in the attachments to the invitation to tender are estimates only. The contracting entity orders charging points according to its needs. The contract does not contain the Subscriber's obligation to purchase a quantity and does not provide the selected supplier with the exclusive right to supply the goods to the Subscriber.
