The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Development of e-services in the Rajgród Commune" consisting in the delivery and implementation of software to launch and secure the operation of e-Services in the Rajgród Commune

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Development of e-services in the Rajgród Commune" consisting in the delivery and implementation of software to launch and secure the operation of e-Services in the Rajgród Commune. 2. The task includes, among others, the following activities: 1) preparation of standardized draft documents necessary for the provision of e-services, 2) preparation of e-service forms, configuration, in the sense of IT services, 3) modernization of domain systems, 4) implementation of the Resident's Portal in the Rajgród Commune, 5) development and implementation of e-services. 3. The scope of the contract also includes: 1) delivery of computer hardware with system software, 2) delivery, installation and configuration of server and network equipment together with system software, 3) delivery of workstations – computers, scanners, etc., 4) transfer of licenses for the supplied system software, 5) conducting instructions and trainings on the implemented system hardware and software, 6) implementation of the e-Services platform, including: a) development of technical documentation of the Portal, b) development and/or delivery, installation and configuration of the Portal software – if required, c) testing and launching the operation of the Portal, d) transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Ordering Party or granting the Ordering Party a license to use the works described in the Agreement, 7) implementation of e-Services, 8) adaptation of domain systems to the needs of providing e-Services, 9) integration of implemented systems, including: a) development of technical documentation for system integration, b) development and/or delivery, installation and configuration of integration software – if required, c) testing and launching System integration, 10) training of employees in the field of: a) operation and management of the System - administrators, b) operation of e-Services and systems implementing e-Services, including: domain systems, portal - employees of the Ordering Party. 2. The equipment being the subject of delivery must be brand new, manufactured not earlier than 18 months from the date of delivery, unused, undamaged, not encumbered with the rights of third parties and should meet safety standards. 3. As part of the delivery, the Contractor will implement the software and hardware environment, and carry out the necessary integration work, training and instructions. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered software be software in the current version as at the date of its installation (i.e. it should be adapted to the changing generally applicable laws or internal regulations of the Ordering Party). 5. The minimum warranty period applies to all system components and equipment – is: 36 months. 6. The guarantee period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers, therefore the Contractor in the offer form constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ will indicate the offered warranty period. The warranty period indicated by the Contractor includes a guarantee for the delivered application software (e-Services) and implementation service, as well as a warranty for the supplied hardware and system software. 7. The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in accordance with the schedule accepted by the Ordering Party, presented by the Contractor min. 3 days before signing the contract. 8. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 8 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
