The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the need for teaching aids in Halden municipality.

The framework agreement shall cover the always prevailing requirement for textbooks and digital teaching aids Halden municipality. A separate contract shall be prepared for digital learning teaching aids. The contract shall be based on the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions (SSA). Suppliers are requested to contact the contracting authority as soon as possible in the event of any questions, errors or ambiguities in the tender documentation. It will not be possible to submit tenders for lots for only digital teaching aids.
