The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contractor to execute the contract ‘D005 Pipe system’.

The building consists of five main floors and three mezzanines above ground in addition to a basement floor (U1) with a mezzanine/gallery (U1G). Through the contract ‘D005 Pipe system’, the contracting authority shall procure:

— Sanitary installations;

— Heating system;

— Fire extinguishing system (sprinkler system, Inergen Fire Suppression System, Iinert air system);

— Air cooling (ice water system), heat pump/refrigerating machines;

— Central vacuum system;

— Options for entering into service and maintenance agreements.
