Provision of cleaning services for Blaby District Council at the following sites:
• Council Offices, Desford Road Narborough LE19 2EP
• Whetstone Recycling Centre, Enderby Road Whetstone LE8 6JL
• The Public Toilets, St Johns Court, Blaby, LE8 4DJ
The successful supplier will also be required to service ad hoc requirements such as carpet cleaning, deep cleaning. There will be no requirement to undertake window cleaning.
The proposed contract start date is 28 February 2022. The initial contract term is 24 months. There is one option to extend the contract for a period of 24 months. The total potential contract duration is 48 months.
