The client intends to lease bicycles (including e-bikes) from the provider and to leave them to the employees for operational and private use in accordance with the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles, including in the public sector.

The provider (lessor) provides the client with bicycles (including e-bikes) on the basis of a leasing framework agreement to be concluded and individual leasing contracts to be concluded on this basis.

For the period of 48 months, an estimated purchase quantity of about 600 bicycles is expected. The maximum acceptance is set at a maximum of 1,800 bicycles. The framework agreement does not provide for a minimum purchase quantity of bicycles or individual leasing contracts.
