The objective of the tender is to contract a new Supplier (service provider) that provides automated support and associated management and uses the following domains of the OD NHN:

1. the business domain;

2. the location and activity domain;

3. the channels and portals domain;

4. the information production domain.

The OD NHN sets a Ceiling Amount for the execution of the Assignment. The Ceiling Amount consists of one-off costs of EUR 135,000 for implementation and annual structural costs of EUR 150,000 for five years. The total ceiling amount is therefore EUR 907 840

This ceiling amount includes an annual indexation of 1.5%.

The Tender may not exceed the total Ceiling Amount. OD NHN reserves the right to adjust these amounts in the award phase.
