1. The subject of the contract is the cleaning of real estate administered by ZGN Praga-Południe m.st Warsaw, in the following areas:

1) Real Estate Administration No. 1 (part 1),

2) Real Estate Administration No. 5 (part 2),

3) Real Estate Administration No. 6 (part 3),

4) Real Estate Administration No. 7 (part 4).

2. The scope of work is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract together with the address list of the cleaning area constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.

3. The scope of work for persons employed under an employment contract is specified in point 8 of the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the cleaning of real estate administered by ZGN Praga-Południe m.st Warsaw, in the area of Real Estate Administration No. 1. The scope of work is defined in the Description of the subject of the contract together with the address list of the cleaning area constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and includes m.in:

1) cleaning of the paved external surface, the surface of green areas in areas not served by caretakers, carried out as part of a monthly lump sum remuneration,

2) snow removal and de-icing of the external hardened surface in areas not served by the caretakers is a periodic service - carried out in accordance with the frequency and scope specified by the Ordering Party - without issuing an order,

3) performing the services referred to in points 1 and 2 (in areas served by caretakers, including inside buildings, in the event of their absence or vacancies - carried out only on a commission issued 24 hours in advance,

2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas (understood as transport work calculated in hours) used in the performance of the contract is at least 10% (in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels).

The scope of work is defined in the Description of the subject of the contract together with the address list of the cleaning area constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and includes m.in:

1) cleaning of the paved external surface, the area of green areas in areas not served by caretakers (along with cleaning and cleaning of the sports facility at Majdańska Street - within the scope of part III (AN 6), carried out as part of the monthly lump sum remuneration,

2) snow removal and de-icing of the external hardened surface in areas not served by the caretakers is a periodic service - carried out in accordance with the frequency and scope specified by the Ordering Party - without issuing an order,

3) performing the services referred to in points 1 and 2 (in areas served by caretakers, including inside buildings, in the event of their absence or vacancies - carried out only on a commission issued 24 hours in advance,

The scope of work is defined in the Description of the subject of the contract together with the address list of the cleaning area constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and includes m.in:

1) cleaning of the paved external surface, the surface of green areas in areas not served by caretakers, carried out as part of a monthly lump sum remuneration,

2) snow removal and de-icing of the external hardened surface in areas not served by the caretakers is a periodic service - carried out in accordance with the frequency and scope specified by the Ordering Party - without issuing an order,

3) performing the services referred to in points 1 and 2 (in areas served by caretakers, including inside buildings, in the event of their absence or vacancies - carried out only on a commission issued 24 hours in advance,

4) cleaning of the external hardened surface with a frequency of 2 to 8 times during the term of the contract (occasional cleaning), carried out each time on separate written orders (applies only to part IV (AN-7)).

2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas (understood as transport work calculated in hours) used in the performance of the contract is at least 10% (in accordance with Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels).
