Performances Birmingham Ltd (PBL) propose to appoint a service provider to provide Cleaning Services to the Town Hall, Symphony Hall and CBSO Centre effective from 1.7.2012 for a term of three years, ending 30.6.2015.

The services to be covered by this contract will include:

1. Regular building cleaning (office, front and back of house).

2. Janitorial services (during events).

3. Glazing (window) and external door cleaning.

4. Washroom equipment rental and services.

5. Consumable supply.
