The subject of the order is the service to receive by the Contractor sent electronically via a secure link and WebService of exchange files with documents, and then visualize, print, envelope and transmit correspondence to the postal operator according to the specified in SWZ and Annexes to SWZ rules. The Contractor will carry out printing and enveloping of information materials for invoice and additional parcels including their e-mail shipping. In addition, the contractor will periodically carry out the printing and delivery of indicated exciter materials to the local Area Units of the Ordering Party. The Contractor will prepare and available in production and test versions a production and reporting portal together with an archive of visualized documents and with the search, download and print system.

The Contractor in accordance with orders received from the Ordering Party will carry out printing and enveloping of information materials for invoice and additional parcels, including their e-mail shipping. In addition, the contractor will periodically carry out the printing and delivery of indicated exciter materials to the local Area Units of the Ordering Party. The Contractor will prepare and available in production and test versions a production and reporting portal according to the functionality described in SWZ together with an archive of visualized documents and with the search, download and print system. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining and proper functioning of the production and reporting portal and archive.

The description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Model Agreement, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Annexes to the Model Agreement.
