The services, subject of this contract, concern the supply, civil engineering (if necessary), installation, connection and commissioning of an educational radar. The purpose of this radar is to raise awareness among users of the future carpooling lane on the A7 motorway. It must allow: to identify the vehicle travelling in the reserved lane, to count the occupants in the vehicle, to inform the offending driver that he is not authorized to drive in the reserved lane. To do this, an educational VMS, supplied and installed as part of another contract, will be installed approximately 180 m downstream of the radar

The services concern the supply, civil engineering, installation, connection, commissioning, supervision and maintenance of an educational radar. The purpose of this educational radar is to raise awareness among users of the future carpooling lane on the A7 motorway. It must allow:- to identify the vehicle circulating in the reserved lane;- to count the occupants in the vehicle;- to inform the offending driver that he is not authorized to drive in the reserved lane. To do this, an educational VMS, provided and installed as part of another contract, will be installed approximately 180 m downstream of the radar. The contract will consist of a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches. The firm tranche concerns: - installation studies / Supply of equipment, installation and parameterization of a complete educational radar system on reserved lane / Supervision, maintenance and support of equipment. Optional tranche 1 concerns: Supervision, maintenance and support of equipment / Support and application maintenance / Services related to the end of contract. Optional tranche 2 concerns the same benefits as optional tranche 1
