The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works including the extension of a section of provincial road No. 969 along with the necessary infrastructure in the city of Warsaw. Zabrzeż – within two internally separated due to the difference (diversity) sources of financing of individual works on the part of the Contracting Authority, and at the same time technically interrelated and dependent tasks (i.e. task No. 1 including the extension of the roadway with shoulders and drainage on the section 100 km 2+290 – km 3+550 and task No. 2 including the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route with drainage as part of the section 100 km 2+084 – km 3+550) – in based on project documentation, taking into account the requirements resulting from the ZRID decisions issued for the investment, decisions on environmental conditions and obtained arrangements.
