The Institute for Chemistry, 2nd construction phase, of the Free University of Berlin is located on Takustrasse in Berlin Dahlem. The existing building from the 1970s, including the facade, will be demolished except for the existing shell construction and will be available again for teaching and research after the renovation. Since the renovation is carried out during operation, the measure is implemented in two implementation phases. In preparation, preliminary and interim measures and the construction of an interim module are necessary.
