The municipality of Weil im Schönbuch carries out the realization of the new construction of a school children's house in Weil im Schönbuch. The location for the new building is to be finally decided by the municipality in autumn 2022 and will be located in the area of the school complex of Weil im Schönbuch, In der Röte 92 on parcel 4954. The new building is intended to accommodate the children of the all-day care, primarily for the core time use, but possibly also those of the after-school care. Both functions have so far been housed in the school building "In der Röte 92", where there will not be enough space for the increasing demand in the future. The planning disciplines of building object planning, technical planning for building services, electrical, structural engineering/statics and, if necessary, outdoor system planning are awarded in separate negotiation procedures with an upstream participation competition in accordance with the provisions of the VgV.
