This contract is concluded to lay down the conditions and terms relating to the market for temperature with profit, lump sum services and operation with heavy maintenance. The market is of type Temperature Market with Internment (MTI) on most sites and type Lump Sam Services (PF) on the rest of the heritage. It is concluded for a period of four and a half years. The contract is made through open tender. P5 services will be performed by issuing purchase orders. The cumulative of these services shall not exceed the maximum amount of EUR 380 000 excl. VAT over the total period of the contract. The estimated start date is 31.12.2021.

The purpose of the contract is:

- the supply of fuel for a fixed temperature service depending on the buildings (item P1);

- the unitary supply of m 3 heated water for sanitary use (station P1 / 2) depending on the building;

— the flat-rate provision of maintenance and maintenance of heating, domestic hot water production, water treatment, ventilation and air conditioning facilities of the heritage of the City of Faches-Thumesnil (post P2);

— the flat-rate provision of full guarantee and renewal of all the technical equipment charged to the incumbent according to the service limits defined in the CCTP (item P3);

— the supply of salt accounted for unit in m 3 of treated water (item P9/1);

— the supply of film-forming treatment product unit in m 3 of treated water (item P9/2).

The contract provides for the simultaneous realization of four objectives: the provision of continuity of service and comfort to users, the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment in perfect working order and maintenance of the equipment for which it is responsible, the search for energy savings, advice to the contractor on the monitoring of the facilities and the development of work programs aimed at improving energy performance, safety of sites. It covers all the facilities present on 41 communal buildings and four dwellings.
