Planning and construction of a municipal bath: New construction of a communal indoor pool with swimming pool, educational pools, children's area and outdoor facilities. The total water area is about 450 sqm.

As a client, the city of Alsdorf intends to hire a total contractor with the key and operational new construction of a functional, barrier-free and disability-friendly family bathroom with the possibility of school and club sports. A budget of up to EUR 12 million gross (KG 200-700 | DIN 276) is available for the overall project new indoor pool in addition to outdoor facilities, parking, development and equipment.

The new family indoor pool must meet the following functional program, among other things:

— swimming pool: 25 meters with 5 lanes, 3 metres diving tower and 1 meter diving board, water area 312.5 m², water depth 1.35 to 3.80 meters, water temperature 26 o C to 28 o C,

— educational swimming pool: 12.5 x 8 meters, water area 100.0 m², water depth 0.60 meters to 1.35 meters, water temperature 28 o C to 32 o C,

— children's area: water area min. 32.5 m², water depth 0.0 meters to 0.4 meters, water temperature 32 o C to 34 o C, toddler-friendly slide, water play equipment, seating for parents, area with changing table and sanitary facilities for children,

— side room program: storage area for school and club sports, changing area, shower and sanitary rooms, office,

— Outdoor facilities: — Barrier-free access, Bicycle parking, Disabled parking, Public car park.
