The object of this tender is the "Construction of 2 Collective Housing Buildings at Affordable Costs - "Entre Bacelos" located southeast of the Cansado neighborhood in Castelo Branco - PROJECT ELABORATION".

The object of the contract is related to the elaboration of an execution project for the Construction of 2 Collective Housing Buildings (at affordable costs) - "Entre Bacelos" located southeast of the Cansado neighborhood in Castelo Branco, in accordance with the objectives and requirements contained in the attached documents: Preliminary Program, Technical Specifications and under the terms of the legislation in force.

The construction of the buildings aims to put a significant supply of affordable rental housing on the real estate market and, at the same time, ensure a quick response to the housing needs of this area.

The preparation of the project must comply with the provisions of Ordinance No. 255/2023, of August 7, for the purposes provided for in Law No. 31/2009, of July 3, amended and republished by Law No. 40/2015, of June 1.
