Subject of the measure assisted training - accompanying phase according to § 16 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 3 SGB II i. V. m. §§ 74 and 75 SGB III is the promotion of young people and their training companies with the aim

- the introduction of those eligible for funding to complete an in-company training or

- the continuation and completion of in-company training without support or

- the commencement of in-company training after an entry-level qualification supported by the assisted training phase.

For the success of the assisted training - accompanying phase, it is decisive whether the completion of an in-company vocational training and permanent professional integration have been achieved.

Companies that train young people supported by an assisted training phase can receive administrative and organizational support in the implementation of vocational training or entry-level qualification, as well as to stabilize the vocational training relationship or entry-level qualification.

The rights and obligations arising from the training relationship remain unaffected by the assisted training - accompanying phase.

After a transition from external vocational training (Section 76 SGB III) to in-house vocational training, the assisted training - accompanying phase can be used to provide support if necessary.
