1. The subject of the contract is AC services, in the scope of:
1.1. development;
1.2. administration and removal of failures and errors;
1.3. user support (helpdesk).
2. Details of the description, scope and conditions of execution of the subject of the contract shall be set out “Detailed description of the object of the contract (SOPZ)” as set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ and “Designed contract provisions to be entered into the content of the contract concluded”, which are annexed No. 7 to SWZ
3. Additional requirements of the contracting authority related to the performance of the subject of the contract in respect of the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the Act:
3.1. The Contractor must employ on the contract of employment, for the period of implementation of the contract in question, at least 2 persons to handle and supervise the proper implementation of the contract, in accordance with Article 95 of the Act.
3.2. Detailed arrangements concerning how to verify the employment of the abovementioned persons (...) are contained in Annex No 7 to the SWZ
