The work to be undertaken is remediation work on the municipalities of the Rouen Normandie Metropolis located on the north shore of the Seine and the work on municipalities which, during the period of execution, will be attached to it.

It is:

— repairing visitable or unvisible sewerage networks;

— repair of ancillary works (manholes, sand chambers, settling, storm weirs, buried basins, meshes);

— repairing or implementing drains, stormwater gutters;

— replacement of road stamps and connection boxes;

— upgrading of road buffers and connection boxes.

This is a purchase order framework agreement with a minimum of 850 000 EUR excl. VAT and a maximum of EUR 4 000,000 excl. VAT for each period.
