Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy competes the acquisition of the main transformer PT1 of Kemppilä substation (Ahjokatu 4, 20240 Turku).

Turku Energia Sähköverkot Oy renews the main transformer PT1 of Kemppilä substation (Ahjokatu 4, 20240 Turku). The subscriber is responsible for removing the old main transformer and dismantling the protective wall, as well as installing the back. The replay is carried out in such a way that the substation has another main transformer PT2 in use at the substation all the time. The acquisition includes all aspects below as planned, installed, probed, commissioning ready and documented. The main transformer under the acquisition should be designed so that it can be installed in an existing transformer protection without modification work. The dimensional drawing of the transformer protection is attached to the request for tender.

Where any element necessary for the operation of the equipment has remained within these procurement limits, it is considered that it is part of the acquisition and is included in the purchase price.

The rough content of the acquisition is described below. In more detail, the specification is described in the appendices to the request for tender.

• Three-coil transformer 25 MVA 117/21/10.5 kV. All voltage levels are brought to the cover of the transformer.

• Transformer delivery includes the following entities:

o Transformer Design and Manufacture at Supplier Factory

o Transformer reception test at supplier factory

o Transformer transport from the supplier's factory to the substation transformer foundation (with import and freight costs;

withdraw/jump and transport fleet with costs)

o Transformer lift/jump from conveyor to transformer foundation

o Equipping the transformer at the installation site

o Vendor commissioning tests and testing, as well as tests and tests specified by the subscriber at the installation site

o All drawings and instructions necessary for the transformer in the design and use of the transformer and test minutes

• High voltage connectors and construction and coupling of centrifugal rail bridges and flexible connectors are excluded

In addition, two options are included in the competition. Options are not included in the comparison.
