The subject of the order is the maintenance and maintenance of greenery decorated in the park and recreation areas of Wieliczka Municipality in 2022. :

Part 1 - Slope under Baran, plots no.: 1246/17,1246/18, 1246/4, 1247 rpm 1 Wieliczka.

Part 2 - Recreation area in Brzegi plot no. 455/2 rev. The banks

1. Maintaining cleanliness together with the removal of announcements and inscriptions from places not intended for it - 128 668 m2; trash cans - 52 pcs.; basket for dog droppings - 1 pc. ;

2. Care of plantings - 6 949 m2 (shrubs: 4 363 m2, perennials: 1 916 m2, ornamental grasses: 142 m2, hedges: 528 m2), trees - 161 pcs.

3. Lawn care (mowing, raking, export) - 8 730 m2;

4. care of grass pitch, dog catwalk (mowing, raking, export) — 1400 m2 + 550 m2

5. Raking and exporting leaves - 1 950 m2;

6. maintenance of pedestrian strings of different surfaces - 7 761m2;

7. maintenance of the viewing platform — 100 m2;

8. maintenance of parking spaces — 620 m2;

9. maintenance of drainage troughs -120 mb;

10. maintenance of culverts — 18 pcs. ;

11. snow removal of parking places — 620 m2;

Additional requirements: urgent intervention work must be carried out promptly also in the afternoon and on non-working days, the Contractor shall bear all liability for accidents occurring in the territory maintained by him and resulting from failure to fulfill obligations, the contractor secures the area of works and provides security conditions at its own expense, the Contractor in the case of intervention of the municipal cleanup services (Police, City Guard) each time is liable for the improper performance of the task.

Additional information on the subject of the order:

1) The Contractor shall be liable (due to the work carried out) for the safety of his employees and other persons within the work carried out.

2) The Contracting Authority shall oblige the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous in this proceeding to hold paid liability insurance in the scope of the activity related to the subject of the contract during the entire period of completion of the contract in a minimum of PLN 30 000.00 (regardless of the part for which its offer is chosen).

The execution of the order is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1740, 2320 as amended), the Law of 11 September 2019. public procurement law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021r, item 1129, amended), the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, amended), the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021. pos 110, 1093, 2269, d.)
