Tipperary County Council wish to appoint an Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Service to include The Tipperary Town Courthouse and Bridewell Redevelopment Project under the fifth call of the Category 1 RRDF in early 2024. To prepare the application, the project team wish to appoint an progressive Architect Led Design Team to bring the project to shovel readiness through preliminary design, Part 8 planning including public consultation, detailed design and preparation of tender documentation. Tender action, construction and handover will commence post a successful grant of funding from the RRDF. The project will encompass the full design package for the refurbishment of the existing main buildings which are classified as protected structures, demolition a toilet block extension, design of a new extension to house a modern toilet facilities with a lift for universal access to the first floor, matching the client brief, design of ancillaries such as outbuildings to be repurposed as workshop / training areas and landscape design.
