Description:
Renewal of support and subscription service for Fortinet devices used in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów

The subject of the contract is: service of renewal of support and subscription of Fortinet devices used in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów. The list of software and devices for which the service of renewal of support and subscription updates is provided along with product numbers enabling obtaining information on the type of software subscription is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is: service of renewal of support and subscription of Fortinet devices used in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów, to the extent and in the manner specified in the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and Appendix No. 1.

a. extension of the warranty and current FortiCare service support provided by Fortinet - a manufacturer of devices and systems used in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów at the Premium level, i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with a one-hour response to critical problems and a response on the next business day in non-critical cases;

b. extension of the current subscription (so-called FortiGuard) for FortiGate 60E, FortiGate 60F, FortiGate 80E, FortiGate 100E, FortiGate 100F and FortiGate500E devices in the field of cyberattacks along with repairs and access to FortiOS software updates at the Enterprise Protection level (IPS, Advanced Malware Protection, Application Control, Web & Video Filtering, Antispam, Security Rating, IoT Detection, Industrial Security, FortiConverter Svc, and 24x7 FortiCare) provided by the company Fortinet - a manufacturer of security and monitoring devices for court networks;

c. extension of the current technical support of the manufacturer along with access to software updates provided by the manufacturer Fortinet for the FortiManager system (technical support of the manufacturer provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week);

d. extension of the current technical support of the manufacturer along with access to software updates and subscription to the Threat Detection Service provided by the manufacturer Fortinet for the FortiAnalyzer system (technical support of the manufacturer provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
