The subject of the contract is: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Łańcut and delivery of bags for municipal waste collection: 2) organization, equipment of a selective municipal waste collection point and its operation throughout the term of the contract. The contract includes: collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from real estate located in the municipality of Łańcut, where residents live, in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill. The subject of the contract is: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Łańcut and delivery of bags for municipal waste collection: 2) organization, equipment of a selective municipal waste collection point and its operation throughout the term of the contract. The contract includes: collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from real estate located in the municipality of Łańcut, where residents live, in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill is reduced; in the city of Łańcut there will be a mixed container and bag system for municipal waste collection, i.e. waste will be collected in containers and bags; organizing, equipping and running a stationary selective waste collection point (PSZOK) throughout the term of the contract.
