1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of property and civil liability insurance of the Olsztyn commune, determined - according to CPV codes:
a) 66.51.00.00-8 - Insurance services;
b) 66.51.51.00-3 - Property insurance against all risks;
c) 66.51.54.00-7 - Property insurance against the effects of the elements;
d) 66.51.50.00-3 - Insurance services for damage or loss (theft and windshields);
e) 66.51.52.00-3 - Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;
f) 66.51.64.00-4 - General liability insurance;
g) 66.51.61.00-1 - Motor vehicle insurance (liability);
h) 66.51.41.10-0 - Motor vehicle insurance (AC);
i) 66.51.21.00-3 - Personal accident insurance;
j) 66.51.20.00-2 - Insurance of medical expenses abroad.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as its size and scope are set out in Annex 3 to the ToR entitled "Description of the subject of the contract" and in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract.
1. Part I (task No. 1) covers comprehensive insurance of property and civil liability of the Olsztyn Commune together with organizational units in the scope of:
A. property insurance against all risks,
B. insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,
C. liability insurance,
D. motor insurance,
E. accident insurance,
F. insurance of medical expenses abroad.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract covered by Part I of the contract is in the ToR and in Annex 3 to the ToR (Description of the Subject of the Contract for Part I),
3. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act,
4. The Awarding Entity provides for the use of the option right in Part I of the contract, as referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the PPL Act,
5. The Awarding Entity informs that pursuant to art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor, whose tender will be initially assessed as the most advantageous in Part I of the contract, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The contracting authority will perform activities resulting from art. 87, art. 89 and art. 90 clause 1 of the PPL Act. However, in relation to the pre-selected Contractor, he will perform a subjective analysis in terms of the grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. In the case of a "reverse procedure", the provision of Art. 26 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law will apply in relation to the lack, incompleteness or errors regarding the declaration referred to in art. 25a section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, only to the Contractor whose offer will be assessed as the most advantageous.
6. The Contractor may submit an offer for any part of the contract chosen by him. The contractor may submit partial bids for one or two lots.
7. The Employer allows the possibility of awarding the contract in parts to more than one Contractor.
8. The contract covered by Part I will not be co-financed by the European Union.
1. Part II (task No. 2) covers accident insurance for members of the Gutkowo Volunteer Fire Brigade in the following areas:
A. accident insurance for members of the Gutkowo Volunteer Fire Brigade.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract covered by Part II of the contract is in the ToR and in Annex 3 to the ToR (Description of the Object of the Contract for Part II),
3. The awarding entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act,
4. The Awarding Entity provides for the use of the option right in Part II of the contract, referred to in Art. 34 section 5 of the PPL Act,
5.
