The subject of the contract is winter road maintenance in the city of Kęty in the 2023/2024 season.
The following should be performed as part of the contract:
a) ensuring passability, passage and limiting traffic disruptions caused by snowfall by:
- snow removal of roads, sidewalks, roadsides, parking spaces, bus bays
- combating and eliminating winter slippery by using chemicals and/or roughening materials,
- removal of excess snow,
- and performing other works and undertaking organizational and technical activities necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.
b) the scope of winter road maintenance in the city of Kęty includes:
- maintenance of 38.7 km of roadway in standard I
- maintenance of 36.2 km of roadway in standard II
- maintenance of 25 718 m2 of sidewalks and bicycle paths
- snow removal in the amount of 15m3

b) the scope of winter road maintenance in the city of Kęty includes:
- maintenance of 38.7 km of roadway in standard I
- maintenance of 36.2 km of roadway in standard II
- maintenance of 24,593 m2 of sidewalks and bicycle paths
- snow removal in the amount of 15m3

2. The contracting authority provided for the application of the so-called reverse procedure, i.e. pursuant to Article 139(1) of the Act
3. The contracting authority does not require the submission of the evidence in question in the proceedings in question.
4. The contracting authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act - in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI SWZ.
5. Applies to sections. II.2.7: The order must be completed on time: winter maintenance is expected to be completed when snowfall or slippery conditions occur, ready for November 1, 2023. The date of completion of readiness to provide services covered by this contract is set for April 15, 2023 – but no longer than until the date (including the day) on which the Contractor's remuneration for the performance of the contract reaches the planned value referred to in § 5 section 2 of the contract, if it occurs before 15.04.2024. - or until the date on which, after the performance of the last activity of the Contractor and payment of remuneration for this activity, it turns out that the unused amount will be insufficient to commission any action to the Contractor on the basis of the contract or on the day on which the contract is terminated in the case referred to in § 8 clause 3 point 1) of the proposed provisions of the contract
