The city of Sandersdorf-Brehna is planning to set up a day-care center for 160 children in the Roitzsch district. It is assumed that there are around 50 childcare places under 3 years of age and around 110 childcare places over 3 years of age. The aim is to obtain a flexible operating permit in order to be able to move the places at short notice if necessary. This construction project is to be funded with funds from the Structural Strengthening Act. The law forms a guideline for the planning basis and is to be taken into account by the planner in the construction task advertised here. When planning and executing the construction project, the client is particularly concerned with a concept in terms of innovation and sustainability of the building. A coherent, holistic and self-sufficient energy concept is to be developed by an energy supply company that is commissioned separately by the city. The coordination of the planner with the third-party company is of fundamental importance for the overall project.
