The service concerns the sanitation of the premises and the equipment they contain, of the industrial buildings present on the INB 46 of Saint Laurent A, from the point of view of lead particles.
A significant proportion of the premises are located in buildings classified as restricted access zones.

The firm share of the contract includes the remediation of all building floors, limited to premises classified as conventional waste zones or ZPPDNs under Clean Nuclear Zones, on a basis of 30,000 m².
The service concerns the sanitation of the premises and the equipment they contain, of the industrial buildings present on the INB 46 of Saint Laurent A, from the point of view of lead particles.
The cumulative surface area of the premises to be treated is approximately 30,000 m² to the floors and there are also supports on which dust can accumulate such as:

Only areas accessible from the ground, or by means of mobile equipment such as P.I.R.L., will be remediated.
The service only concerns premises located in a conventional waste zone, or in a ZPPDN, sub-zone NP.
INB 46 has about 2/3 of premises classified as conventional waste zones and 1/3 of premises classified as ZPPDN/NP.
The radiological zoning of most rooms falls under the green zone, with a few exceptions, and several rooms are not located in a restricted zone.

Generally speaking, the sanitation will be carried out by level, leaving free access to the stairs and freight elevators. Measures will be taken by the Data Controller and the Company to avoid contamination of the treated areas, in the event of the need to enter the premises being cleaned, for the purposes of operation or the carrying out of periodic regulatory tests. Trolleys containing all the required equipment (overshoes, oversuits) as well as zone jumps will be set up at the entrance to the work areas.
The Data Controller must demonstrate the effectiveness of the cleaning on a representative part of the premises (approximately 10) by surface measurements before and after intervention, the results of which will be communicated to the Company. These measurements may be carried out by the Account Holder himself, the use of a qualified diagnostician is not required. The chosen process must be able to obtain a decontamination factor of more than 90%, determined in relation to the initial measurements.
The evaluation of the effectiveness of the process will be the subject of a specific operating procedure. In particular, it will describe the technique used, the choice of the number of measurement points and their locations.
