To ensure sufficient traffic control intend the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis and the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis, acting through their contracting authority Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (ZRN), represented by Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar GmbH, in the attached contract documents in quality and Quantity described traffic services in local passenger transport (BPNV) together with the district of Heilbronn. Within the framework of a service concession, the transport service is awarded grants and exclusive rights for the following bus routes designated in the enclosed tender documents by means of a competitive procedure in accordance with Article 5 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. The service concession also constitutes a public service contract within the meaning of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007.

The purpose of this contract is the provision of transport services in local passenger transport services (BPNV) within the area of responsibility of the grantor in order to ensure sufficient traffic. The services to be provided are to be provided on the following lines:

Lot 1 - Sinsheim Nord consisting of the bus lines 795, 796 and 797, the timetable offer on the timetable information of the VRN can be accessed at www.vrn.de.

The qualitative and operational requirements to be observed within the scope of the concession contract in addition to the current timetable to ensure sufficient traffic control result from the stipulations of the local traffic plan of the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, the Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis and the common urban transport plan of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar ( In this respect, attention should be paid in particular to the chapters Quality and Quality Assurance in the context of the GNPP of the VRN).

It applies on the basis of the statute over a uniform group tariff in the traffic group Rhine Neckar (general regulation) the group tariff of the traffic group Rhine Neckar inclusive all transition tariff regulations, here in particular the transition tariff to the HNV.
