Centro wishes to qualify up to four suitable suppliers per Lot to a four year framework agreement to supply and install a high quality/enhanced catalogue of infrastructure products to improve city centre environments within Centro's network across the West Midlands area of the U.K.

Centro has long had an aspiration to deliver a high quality bus shelter for key locations in enhanced public realm areas that offers a more modern and contemporary design in comparison to its standard highway shelters. This tender will therefore be concerned purely with Lot 1 which is for the supply and installation of this higher quality shelter offering.

Other Lots of this framework may include way-finding totems (electronic and static), way-finding signage and design and product development. These will be the subject of a later tender(s) and further or revised Framework Agreements.

This framework should make available a suitable range of products which are already within suppliers' product ranges and will offer enhanced passenger waiting facilities and information provision, available for call-off purposes. Please note, however, that there may be small elements of contractor design required dependent on the characteristics of a particular site.

This Framework Agreement for Lot 1 is expected to commence in early December 2014.
