The purpose of purchasing a residential building design is to use the open procedure to procure the most economically advantageous service provider (s) with the best ability to implement master and architectural design (including data model coordination), structural design, HVAC design and electrical design.

KAS Sipoo Gneissikuja, Master and Architectural Design and Data Model Coordination

The aim of the procurement is to use the most economically advantageous service provider using the open procedure, which is best equipped to implement the main and architectural design and data model coordination of the object.

The starting point for the design of the property is to produce a design solution that is long-lasting, appropriate in terms of usability and aesthetics, and suitable for long-term rental housing use. The object is designed on a data model basis. The planned project is a residential apartment block to be built in Söderkulla, Sipoo. The target is to be realized through ARA's long-term interest rate subsidy.

Provisional scope:

- The apartment area is approximately 4,792 htm 2

- gross area of the residential building approx. 6 723 brm 2

- courtyard building about 75 brm 2 .

Kunta-aravat Oy is the developer of the project. The construction work will be provisionally completed as a general contract.
