Karmøy Municipality has started the construction of a new recycling station at Borgaredalen Miljøpark and therefore intends to procure containers/units as listed below. The procurement is subject to budget coverage and the number can be adjusted.

The estimated value of the assignment is: NOK 3,000,000 - NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

The contest is subject to cancellation by the contracting authority, due to budget coverage and political approval, amongst other things.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2023-10-20.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
