The subject of the contract are supplies related to the implementation of the task entitled: "Current maintenance of forest roads 2023 – delivery with the incorporation of natural crushed aggregate".

The supply of aggregate is necessary to enable proper forest management, including the collection of wood and statutory obligations resulting from the Forest Act. The condition of the roads forces the purchase of material and its incorporation into existing roads in order to maintain them on an ongoing basis.

Assumed amount of aggregate: 2 950,00 t.

The list of deliveries together with the determination of quantities for individual forests is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ.

Detailed scope of delivery that the Contractor is obliged to perform as part of the subject of the contract, its technical parameters, as well as a description of the requirements of the Contracting entity

In the scope of implementation of the subject of the contract and its acceptance are specified in the documents, i.e.:

- Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ

- Quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ;

- Demand for material – place of delivery (assortment and price form) constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ;

- Location of road sections to be repaired constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ;

- Draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
