3.3. The delivery of equipment under the option right shall take place within no more than 30 days from the date of sending by the Ordering Party a notification on the exercise of the option right.
3.4. The Ordering Party will be obliged to submit a written request referred to in point 3.3 within 6 months from the date of signing the contract, with the proviso that the written request may not be submitted within a period of not less than 30 days before the end of the contract
3.5.Other dates in accordance with the OPZ and the Contractor's Offer.
4. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit the said means of proof together with the bid and the Contracting Authority shall not provide for supplementing the evidence referred to in Article 107(2) of the PPL.
5. The Ordering Party does not reserve in the description of the subject of the contract accessibility for the disabled and design for all users.
