The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and nursery management to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Grójec in the year 2022.
Package I POS - Rytomoczydła forestry (harvesting and ripping of wood)The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of timber collection and retraction work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:
- Annex No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities, activities and location;
- Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
- Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distance and conditions of the spun off of wood;
- Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
- Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies.
The in-kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to the SWZ. A description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
