This contract defines various project management missions which may be carried out on the goods acquired. It relates specifically to buildings built in the historic medieval fabric of Saint-Etienne and relates to adjoining buildings of heterogeneous structure but which composes a unit whose coherent and / or joint treatment will have a major impact in the development and the visibility of the old Stéphane heritage:

- a group of adjoining buildings whose joint treatment appears judicious, bringing together the goods addressed 21 rue de la Ville, 23 rue de la Ville and 25 rue de la Ville and 6 place Grenette;

- an entire isolated building, rue de la Ville.
