Provision of conservation, diagnosis and maintenance services for the facilities of the buildings of the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona located in Plaça dels Àngels in Barcelona and in Calle A in the Zona Franca Aduanera de Barcelona (warehouses).

The services included in the object of the contract are detailed in the technical specifications, and are as follows:

- Daily monitoring of building facilities and activities (conductive maintenance).

- Periodic review of the installations (preventive maintenance).

- Inspection of the facilities in accordance with current regulations (regulatory maintenance).

- Repair in case of breakdown (corrective maintenance).
