Processing: grooves, cutting, folding, 2-fold back wire stitching, punching 5 angle registers in one plane (4 cuts, 90°, approx. 9 mm deep, round inside, angular outside); Register punching starting from U1; handily bundle with elastic band, place in cardboard containers and place them safely on Euro exchange pallets.
In order to illustrate the register punching, photos of a previous version are attached to the tender documents.
The brochures are to be produced CO2-neutrally, a corresponding seal must be integrated on the printed matter.

The tenderers will receive the delivery conditions together with the procurement documents. The costs for the delivery of the advertised guides are included in the offered price (free domicile).
Delivery will take place between 1 July 2023 and 30 September 2023 at the latest. This delivery period is a contract period.
The waste for production must be calculated in such a way that underdelivery is excluded by 100%. A maximum overproduction of 1% is accepted. Furthermore, the production times must be planned in such a way that possible disruptions, such as supply bottlenecks in paper or the like, are taken into account.
The delivery must be comprehensible for the customer, the contractor informs the customer in advance about the date of dispatch.
The goods must be made available on standardised Euro pallets.
The following conditions must be observed:
- Size 1,200 x 800 mm
- weight incl. pallet 800 kg
- height incl. pallet 1,400 mm
- No protrusion (incl. the securing material)
- Transport protection against slipping by metal or plastic straps.
- Protective film as outer packaging per pallet.
- Marking of each pallet with quantity, article number, article description and print status
- Quantities on the pallets: quantity per pallet, total quantity of delivery and total number of pallets.
- Items packed in cardboard boxes or other handy containers (e.g. packs in foil).
- Offset orientation per position.
