The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services for the Apache Cassandra software used by the Ordering Party in version 4.0.x (and higher if it is released).

1 The subject of the Order is:

1.1 providing technical support services for the Apache Cassandra software version 4.0.x (and higher if released) used by the Ordering Party for a period of 24 months,

1.2 providing technical support services for the Apache Cassandra software version 4.0.x (and higher if released) used by the Ordering Party for a period of 12 months, under the option right.

2.1 description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex B to the SWZ;

2.2 the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), constituting Annex I to the SWZ.
