General project management for the extension of tram line 1 to Montpellier Sud de France station. The EOC will be asked for a critical appropriation/analysis of the AVP phase carried out by the current EM + standardized project management missions:

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance with works contracts (ACT);

- Execution studies (EXE);

- Visa (VISA);

- Direction of the execution of works (DET);

- Assistance to reception operations (AOR).

+ Complementary missions:

— Synthesis cell direction (SYN);

— Mastery and coordination of construction sites (MCC);

— coordination and travel of Third Party Networks (RES);

— Establishment of Security Records (SECU);

— Carrying out the overall tram tests (EET).

Envelope works: 21 820 000 EUR excluding VAT (value January 2021).
